554 acre nature preserve including 252 acres of old-growth forest. U.S. Department of the Interior registered national landmark and a registered natural area of the Society of American Foresters. Public access by guided tour only. Research and Learning Center is available for classes, meetings and research and includes a dry laboratory and wet laboratory.
